MastrosPro serves as a facilitator and is not a party in the user-service provider contract. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

User Eligibility and Responsibilities:

Who Can Use MastrosPro:

Our platform is available to both private individuals and businesses in need of our listed services.

Access to Service Providers:

Users can find professionals using our search and filtering tools. Contact can be made directly via phone or through our online form.

Pricing:

Our platform is free for users.

Use of Website Material:

Copying, downloading, or using material from our site for any purpose other than sharing via provided links is prohibited. All content on this website is the property of MastrosPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Service Provider Requirements and Conduct:

Customer Contact:

Professionals must contact customers within 24 hours upon receiving an email from MastrosPro or a customer. Failure to do so can lead to termination of your account.

Application Process:

Professionals must complete an application in English with mandatory information including company name, address, contact information, and services offered.

MastrosPro’s Discretion:

Acceptance onto our platform is at our discretion, based on individual review. Professionals are expected to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in removal from our platform.

Liability and Dispute Resolution:

MastrosPro is a platform that facilitates connections between users and service providers. We are not responsible for any agreements, damages, losses, or misconduct arising from transactions between users and service providers. We strongly encourage users and service providers to exercise due diligence, communicate clearly, and attempt to resolve any disputes directly.

If a direct resolution is not possible, we recommend the following steps:

Mediation:

Consider engaging in voluntary mediation through a local mediation service.

Consumer Protection Agencies:
